ABOUT US
Beltrano Key Solutions, LLC (BKS) is a Small Business Administration (SBA)-approved Joint Venture (JV) between BETA Systems International, LLC (BSI), the 8(a) Minority Owned and Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) managing partner and protégé, and EM Key Solutions, Inc. (EMKS), with an active Mentor Protégé Agreement under the SBA All Small Mentor Protégé Program (ASMPP). BSI, the BKS managing partner, was founded in 2015 to support health IT and systems by a retired medical expert and healthcare administrator, Joe Beltrano, who is also the inspiration for both the name and ideals of the BKS JV.
BSI’s initial and continuing consulting services include health IT and electronic health record advisory services to other corporations. EMKS, the mentor in BKS, is a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) verified, Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Business (SDVOSB) with multiple, active, concurrent Government health and Healthcare IT program contracts. Together and separately, BKS personnel have helped clients deliver world-class IT services and solutions, successfully executing engagements in support of customers such as the Defense Health Agency (DHA), Department of Homeland Security, and VA.
